Final Grade
How a site is finished is how it lasts.
Landscaping and grading is where a project gets its final shape — and how it's done determines how well the site drains, holds up over time, and looks when it's finished.
All-In Excavating handles grading, earthworks, and landscape preparation for residential, acreage, and commercial properties.
Because we're often already on site with the equipment and crews that did the excavation or site prep, landscaping isn't a fresh handoff to a separate contractor.
It's the same job, planned from rough grade up.
Our Services
Grade, material, and slope.
Grading & Site Preparation
From rough grade after excavation to fine grade before sodding or paving, we cut, fill, and shape sites to design elevations — controlling slope, establishing drainage swales, and creating a surface ready for its next use.
Drainage doesn't drain by accident. Where we're doing the grading, we're planning the flow before topsoil goes down.
Rough grading for new construction
Fine grading before sodding
Drainage correction and swale construction
Driveway and access road grading
Site clearing and topsoil stripping
Materials Supply & Placement
We supply and place the materials that finish a site — topsoil for lawns and gardens, gravel for pads and access surfaces, decorative rock for landscape detail, and erosion control rock where slopes need protection.
Depth and spread are matched to the intended use and the site conditions, not just dumped to spec.

Retaining Walls & Slope Stabilization
Where grade changes are too steep for a natural slope, retaining structures provide stability, prevent erosion, and create usable space. We install solutions appropriate to the site and the load — from interlocking block on residential properties to larger engineered earth structures on commercial and industrial sites.
For walls subject to surcharge loads or above standard height thresholds, we coordinate with geotechnical or structural engineers as required by applicable building code.

Why All-In
Grade right the first time.
The grade is upstream of everything.
Most landscaping problems start with grade. If rough grading is off, topsoil settles wrong, swales don't carry water, and the lawn inherits every mistake. When we handle the landscaping after our own excavation, that doesn't happen — the grade was right from day one.
We grade like we own the site.
When landscaping is the only scope, the same logic applies. We grade like we're going to live with it — because the result of finish work is what shows, and the result starts with the cut and fill underneath.
No separate mobilization required.
Because we're already running our own excavation and grading equipment, there's no separate mobilization, no second contractor learning the site, and no scope falling between two crews.
